Head-On Collision Kills Two in Ventura, Drunk Driver Charged with DUI, Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated

The victims of the accident were identified as a 52-year-old man and 55-year-old woman from Santa Barbara. Mr. Bouchard was hospitalized for minor injuries that he sustained because of the crash, and he was charged with driving under the influence causing bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
