71-Year-Old Pedestrian Severely Injured by Hit-and-Run Driver on Ventura Boulevard

The 71-year-old man was “flung” into the air and landed in the westbound lane of traffic on Ventura Boulevard. The 71-year-old pedestrian was rushed to the hospital for emergency medical treatment because of “serious injuries” sustained in the accident.

Police put out an alert and a reward for the hit-and-run driver and described the hit-and-run driver’s car as “a four-door Nissan Altima with a driver-side door mirror missing, collision damage to the front right headlamp, and possible damage to the front right and rear passenger doors.”
